No. An administrator creates the register and its fields from the settings screens, and it's ready to use straight away.
Can we import what we have in Excel?
Yes. You'll see a full preview, with problems listed by row number, and the import then runs all or nothing.
Who can see each register?
Access follows your business units and roles. People see their own unit's records and those of the units below it.
